Booking & Cancellation Guidelines

We value your time and ask that you respect ours. Because our services involve dedicated time and custom labor, please review our scheduling rules below:

Cancellations & Reschedule:

If you need to cancel or reschedule your service, you must notify us at least ( 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time.

Late Cancellations & No -shows:

Cancellatios made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time, or failure to show up for your service, will result in a fee equal to full amount of the service.

No Refunds on Service:

All completed services and booking deposits are final and non-refundable.If you are unsatisfied with the results of your service, please reachout to us at info@regain-Concierge.com within 7 days of completion so we can discuss a resolution.
